The RCHSP mission is to provide integrated & comprehensive health care to Royal Commission employees and their dependents, the population of Jubail Industrial City, insurance beneficiaries and cash patients.

The RCHSP in Jubail is a health system network includes Royal Commission Hospital (RCH) and Health Care Centers (HCC) distributed throughout the served community. The Royal Commission Hospital is a general secondary hospital with selected tertiary specialties and a capacity of two hundred sixteen (216) beds. The hospital performs inpatient, outpatient, emergency services and day case service for different specialties. The Health Care centers are providing primary ambulatory care services, preventive medicine and public health services. The RCHSP is very proud to be a part of Jubail Industrial community, providing quality services to the served population, while striving to reach its vision "To be a role model organization in health administration and care delivery for industrial communities in the kingdom".
