Samodzielny Publiczny Szpital Kliniczny is the largest clinic of orthopedic surgery, trauma in Poland, consists of 3 branches serving alternately ER trauma. It deals with the treatment of orthopedic patients, mostly after injuries. Trauma surgery clinic specializes in the treatment of complications after surgery and conservative treatment in other centers in the country, among others, pseudoarthrosis, or deficiencies union. Uses the modern methods of osteosynthesis, bone grafts and platelet derived growth factors.
The clinic routinely perform hip replacement and knee replacement as well as minimally invasive orthopedic surgery:

• Arthroscopic reconstruction of the ligaments of the knee joint
• Arthroscopic treatment of hip and ankle.

The clinic specializes in surgery of the ankle and heel, upper limb surgery, joint replacement of the shoulder joint as well as arthroscopic reconstructive operations of the shoulder. In addition, the clinic treated surgically contracture of the elbow joint and performed radial head arthroplasty.

Implanted prosthesis is the work of doctors from the Clinic created in collaboration with scientists from the Warsaw University of Technology; it has a patent and a certificate of Europe, it is assumed in Poland and abroad.
