Chihuahua Cancer Center was founded in November 2008 by a group of domestic and foreign investors seeking to grant adequate care to cancer patients. Our specialized multidisciplinary team is focused on medical and technological advances; is composed of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, medical physicists, psychologist, nutritionist, radiographers and oncology nurses, we also have the support of CIMA Hospital Chihuahua and the Southwest Oncology Center of Arizona in USA.
Today we provide both the patient and their relatives a single comprehensive service based on custom against chemotherapy and radiotherapy through TomoTherapy cancer. Our team of TomoTherapy is the first in Latin America and the only one in Mexico, can locate and focus the radiation on the tumor or tissue giving the exact dose of radiation precisely; also allows the protection of adjacent healthy organs through a revolutionary system of image-guided radiotherapy that lets you see the exact position and size of a tumor in real time before starting and during treatment.
