The SOSVida operates in Bahia market since 1987 and is notable for pioneering home care, technological adaptation and training of its professional staff. There are about 500 professionals, direct and indirect, operating in the services offered by the company: Home Care (Home Care) , Oncologyand has an Infusion Center Special Drugs (CIME) .

In 1996 SOSVida brought a pioneer in the market of Bahia the Home Care Service, also known as "Home Care". In 2005, the company created the Oncology Unit . In 2008 the company expanded borders, starting to act also in the city of Aracaju (SE) with the home care services, curative management and physiotherapy management. The branch has grown exponentially and has highly qualified and skilled professionals to work in the healthcare market in the area of Home Care.

Another novelty, which appeared in Brotas unit is the Infusion Center Special Drugs (CIME) , which aims to ensure comprehensive care for the treatment of non - oncological diseases, with a strong performance in the treatment of rheumatic diseases and viral hepatitis.

In 2012, more precisely on the 26th of January, SOSVida won Accreditation, international standard certificate issued by JCI (Joint Commission International). The seal attests to the excellence in quality processes of healthcare institutions and SOSVida was the second Home Care company in the country to obtain recognition and the first North / Northeast.
