Gastroesophageal refux and gastric stasis - Oral 1 month - 12 yr 200-400 microgm/kg/dose 3-4 times daily before food and at night. Not often used< 2 yr.
Radiotherapy / chemotherapy induced vomiting - Oral 1 month - 12 yr 200-400 microgm/kg as single dose. Could give once in 4-8hr.
