Intravenous injection
Initially 12 mg/kg body weight once a day for 4 days, max. daily dose 800 mg. If tolerated well without toxicity 6 mg/kg body weight can be given on 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th day. Discontinue on 12th day. Maintenance dose 10 to 15 mg/kg body weight every week (max dose 1g/week).
Store protected from light in single dose container at a temperature not exceeding 30⁰C. The injection should not be allowed to freeze
